Bill and Lisa Dawley, owners of Martin County Home Watch Services live in Hobe Sound and have extensive knowledge of Martin County and the surrounding towns.

Bill previously owned and operated Dawley & Co. Construction & Village Painting Contractors for over 30 years retiring in 2004.  With more than 30 years in the building/remodeling and painting trade his knowledge and insight are sometimes priceless.

A fully equipped service truck is taken to all inspections. 

Lisa has been a well respected licensed realtor for  14 years and has an office in Palm City.

Both Bill and Lisa are involved in community functions and local charities and they feel that the residents of the area ("snowbirds" or not) are entitled to have their property taken care of by a company that takes pride in delivering a personal professional service.  As one of our clients you will be dealing directly with the owners.
