• Air-Conditioner checked for proper setting and operation. • All doors and windows checked to assure they are locked, as well as for forced entry damage and vandalism. • Check for signs of obvious water leaks from interior sources (i.e. hot water heater, interior plumbing). • All smoke detectors will be checked for proper operation. • Check for signs of obvious water leaks from exterior sources (i.e. cracked walls, window seals, leaks from adjacent condos/buildings). • Check refrigerator for proper operation (if left on) or mildew accumulation (if turned off). • All rooms are inspected for evidence of roof leaks, including door and window frames. • Electrical service will be inspected for tripped breakers caused by power surges and re-set. • Home checked for condition and cleanliness left by authorized visitors. • Visual check for pests/insects/rodents. • The exterior will be checked for proper lawn care, drainage problems, damaged sprinkler heads. • Removal of all unwanted flyers/newspapers.	• Key-Holder Services - Meeting with and turning keys over to friends, relatives or tenants upon their arrival. (Keys are not disbursed without e-mail or fax authorization from the owner. Home Closing Package: $34.95
• Put bleach in all toilets and cover with plastic wrap to prevent moisture evaporation. • Close drains to sinks and tubs • Dishwasher propped open for ventilation. • Turn off refrigerator. • Icemaker set to off position if refrigerator is left on. • Open all closet doors and dresser drawers. • Set A/C at 80 degrees and humidistat at 65 degrees. • All blinds will be closed.
Home Opening Package: $69.95
• Clean all counter tops, appliances, chairs and tables. • Clean and sanitize toilets, bath tubs, showers, sinks and faucets. • Clean bath mirrors. • Clean and sanitize all trash bins. • Vacuum and wash kitchen and bathroom floors. • Vacuum all carpets. • Dust all sills. • Vacuum all furniture and underneath cushions. • The A/C will be set at an optimal setting and humidistat set in the on position. • Refrigerator will be turned on and running. •Icemaker will be turned back on. •All closet doors and dresser drawers closed. • Plastic wrap will be taken off of the toilets and toilets cleaned. •Blinds will be opened. •General cleaning of all surfaces.
Change Over Package - (Rental Property-$65.95)
• Vacuum all carpets and floors. • Wash kitchen and bathroom floors. • Sanitize the bathroom sinks, toilets, showers, tubs and waste baskets. • Clean the kitchen area, sanitize the sink. • Surface dust all areas.
